Shipping Update
If Canada Post goes on strike, don’t worry—your order will still be delivered, as we’ll use other couriers instead.
That said, if those couriers get overloaded due to the strike, your delivery might take a bit longer than usual. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days, but in some cases, it could take up to 12 business days.
During busy sales events, delivery time is also 3 to 12 business days because of the extra volume.

- Contact us for custom all-in rate for remote locations - Remote locations refer to areas with postal codes that are more difficult to serve. If the second digit of the postal code is “0,” it indicates a remote location.
For customers in remote areas, we offer a custom all-inclusive rate for the entire order. Please allow an extra 2 to 5 days for delivery.
