Autoship - Subscription Policy

By subscribing to our Tofu Cat Litter Autoship Program, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing & Renewal
  Your subscription will be billed automatically according to your selected delivery frequency. Orders will be processed and shipped after successful payment.
• Modify, Skip, or Cancel Anytime
  You may manage your subscription at any time, including updating your delivery schedule, skipping an order, or canceling future shipments through your account or by contacting us.
• Payment Failures
  If a payment attempt fails, we will automatically retry the payment. If all retry attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until your payment method is updated.
• Inventory Availability
  In the event that a subscribed product is temporarily out of stock, we may delay or skip the shipment and notify you accordingly.
• Shipping & Processing
  Subscription orders are processed within our standard fulfillment timeline. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
• Final Sale
  All subscription orders are considered final sale once processed, in accordance with our hygiene and product safety standards.
• Changes to Subscription Program
  We reserve the right to modify or update subscription terms, pricing, or product availability at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
