Need to make a change to your Teddybob subscription? You can manage most of your subscription settings anytime through your Teddybob account.
How to manage your subscription
1. Visit Teddybob.ca
Go to teddybob.ca and click the person/account icon in the top-right corner of the website.
2. Log in to your account
Select Account and log in using the account associated with your subscription.
3. Find your subscription order
After logging in, you'll be taken to your Orders page. Find the order associated with your subscription and click Manage subscription beside the order.
4. Manage your subscription
From the subscription management page, you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- View your upcoming orders
Changing your delivery frequency or quantity
At this time, delivery frequency and product quantity cannot be changed directly from the subscription management page.
If you'd like to change how often your order arrives or how much you receive, the easiest option is to:
Cancel your current subscription and place a new subscription order with your preferred frequency and quantity.
Important note about cancellations
Cancelling your subscription only cancels future upcoming subscription orders.
It does not cancel your original order or any order that has already been placed.
